How we vet recipient partners
To ensure that your donations reach reputable organizations, we prioritize food banks that are affiliates of the Feeding America network. These partners adhere to high accountability standards and typically have a Charity Navigator rating of 4 stars or greater. We also look for organizations with low overhead costs (less than 10%) and high program ratios (90%+) on their Form 990 filings. This ensures that your support is truly making a difference in the community.
How proceeds flow
After covering towing and processing costs, approximately 70-80% of the gross proceeds from your vehicle donation will be directed to our partner food banks. These funds are then applied according to program ratios, ensuring that the money goes directly where it's needed most—supporting essential food programs and services that empower our communities.
